    None I can think of.

    Cons

    I was informed about an interview by Magna. I arrived at the company the very next day. After waiting for 1 hour, I was informed by the client that the wrong address has been provided. I was shocked and then the company HR called to say that interview has been rescheduled for the next day. And guess what, next day interview was also cancelled..and till now, there is no call.

    It is a consultancy. Which gives opportunity in high scale MNC.

    Cons

    Unexpectedly when the project gone they are not giving opportunity for next job

    Pros

    Ambience is good.Very Few Team leads are good who came from a position of recruiter.Rest all are slaves for management.

    Cons

    No work life balance.
    Heavy target pressure.
    Micro Management.Sorry Nano Management.
    Un professional behaviour from Heads.
    They will ask you stretch in the evenings(which leads to loss of your personal life)
    No proper resources for recruiter
    L1 s will literally get frustrated.

    Advice to Management

    Stop micro management.
    Give promotions to the right persons who deserve it.
    Treat people like employees. not slaves.
