Professional Culture: Nobody in the organisation understands the meaning of professionalism. The unnofficial language in office Marathi, even the meetings/discussions happen in it Work life balance: There no such thing is that, if you come in morning shift they will ask you to stay or roll eyes when you leave, most weekends are working and you are not suppose to ask for leaves Policies: None of the policy is in benefit of the employee
