      Pros

      It's great to be working for a company that is supportive in every way. They give you the tools you need to do your work efficiently and effectively. If you need assistance with something, any one would be able to help-whether it is a warehouse employee, a product designer, or sales director-we are all here to help each other to build a successful company to grow even more. It's very simple-if you do your job and do it efficiently, the job will reward itself.

      Cons

      We are a small company, but we are mighty! Sometimes one person has to wear many, many hats and it can be overwhelming at times. But with a supportive staff behind you, you will be able to accomplish any given task at hand!

      Pros

      I worked for Mainstreet Collection when they were first starting out. I did lots of different jobs for the owner and I loved every minute of my time with this company. I worked with this company while I was putting myself through school, and the owner always let me work the schedule that worked for me, this was very helpful. The owner does expect you to work, the job is described, you are shown what to do and many times the owner works along with you. The atmosphere was always fun, we laughed hard and worked hard and I will never forget my time with Mainstreet Collection.

      Cons

      I have no cons for this company, nothing but great memories.

      Thanks for your comments! Love that you mentioned "laughed hard and worked hard." That is still us today! When it's time to work, we work hard for our company as well as our customers but at the end of the day, we love to laugh, share stories, and have a good time. There are often times at market that everyone is crowded around our front desk sharing stories. The spirit is contagious! Thanks for your time at MSC and we love to hear so many great memories were made.

      Pros

      Working environment is uplifting and coworkers are all willing to help out where needed. Hard work is appreciated and rewarded. All coworkers and owner make sure to always be available to answer questions and help you be successful.

      Cons

      Some days can seem short handed but with any growing company there are growing pains... we work as a team and pull together to get the job done!
