1 - Horrible, rude and offensive manager 2- Really poor salary - Full time (40 hours) sales assistants get £16800 without any commission and the bonus scheme is absolute nonsense the most that has been achieved is an extra £100 that month. They say salaries very and the store exceeds its targets at the beginning but it soon becomes apparent that these are all lies! The managers make £21k which is just ridiculously low! 3- Area directors who just don't care about you or who you are! 4- Completely ridiculous rules which make no sense at HIGH STREET level. 5- Just a horrible place to work.

In 2018 the company took a turn for the worse. They are no longer hiring Full Time employees unless you're ASM or SM. They had all of the Full-Time employees demoted to Part-Time, even employees who have been with the company for 5+ years. The company will only perform well during promotional/sale periods which is increasingly more often. The company is rolling out new responsibilities to make up for the loss of Full-Timers, seemingly unfair for everyone on the team. The company will no longer be providing a bonus when the store makes their months goal.
