The culture was all over the board (depending on the day). Employees were expected to work at the drop of a text or call from a superior which meant late hours on weekdays or long hours on weekends without overtime pay and little appreciation.

A very toxic work environment High turn-over, people get let go without warning. Good people leave because of the way they are treated by higher-ups No respect for personal time and vacation time, on multiple occasions the CD would call after hours or on PTO days to ask about projects Misogynistic workplace No employee reviews or performance evaluations No on-boarding, when you are hired you are expected to figure everything out on your own The CD will steamroll projects. After not being present for the entire project he will make the entire team redo the work to his liking at the last minute. This puts project behind schedule and puts the person in charge of the account in a bad position with the client Low salaries, no room for advancement Don't value employees work or input Poor management Inattentiveness to client needs and internal timelines Management makes excuses for missed deadlines and promises not met No proper training Toxic company culture, sold as a cool place to work in your interview, as there is a bar and a pool table in the office, however nobody uses them due to the amount of work that has to be done and is expected by management
