Pros

You'll meet a lot of new people if you stick around. I stayed for about 6 months and met about 20+ people since the turnover is so bad.

Cons

Everything about this place is not healthy. I have read the reviews before I accepted the job and regret it so much. I should of listened to my gut. I don't need to be repetitive with all the other reviews but don't listen to the good ones...the director of sales told me one time to write a good review. Awkward...

Pros

The last thing the employee gains is experience.

Cons

Unprofessionalism of management ( All people are complaining about unprofessionalism. Here is the reason for that. The person who owns the company is not professional. He never work for an american company). He always walk around and watch every body means he don't trust his employees. Production side is the horrible part of this company. They treat them like slaves. Yelling and swearing , that's all we hear.

Pros

There are pro's to this job, but the employee will put up with a lot more then what the job is worth. Getting a paycheck and the benefits are what keep you going. You will meet some nice people here, as they understand what it's like to be treated poorly. The last thing the employee gains is experience, and that is truly priceless.

Cons

The cons of this job are the same thing everyone is complaining about; the unprofessionalism of management. Mistakes are absolutely not tolerated. You will turn in a report everyday accounting for every minute of the day of what you did. If it does not add up, then there is cause to be fired, or you'll get emails asking you to explain yourself, or why did this task take so long, etc. Your supervisor will also send out an email of all your mistakes for the day, and then you will get another email from management asking why you made mistakes. The turnover is over the top and ridiculous. There are too many people walking off the job, getting let go, temps being told not to come back, and others leaving the job for a more professional environment. There is always the threat of being fired looming over the employees’ head. Please let it be reiterated that mistakes are not tolerated. These “horrible” mistakes are not huge, but tiny mistakes that any normal human being would make, and can be corrected at any time. Management feels it necessary to reprimand the employee in front of the entire office, such as that of a small child, all the mistakes the employee made. Management does not have an "open door policy” which means asking questions is considered disruptive. After a very brief and inadequate training period, you are expected to perform and not make any mistakes. All this negativity creates a hostile work environment and is "a waste of time," as Mamac Systems always likes to say.
