Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI worked at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino part-time for less than a year
Pros
You get paid lunch. Yay.
Cons
Everything else. Love yourself by refusing this job! Trust me: Co-Workers demographic are teenagers with poor work ethics. I have never witness as much slacking off before. Extremely underpaid compared to the work conditions- you stand in the heat all day with broken equipments. Poor management, truly. Day-off requests are almost impossible, but they always try to send you home early. Staffs are under trained, and policies are inconsist. A co-worker scammed $20 from a guest for pool entry once. No one stays, they have to re-hire every season.
