Company has a horrible work culture. Employees are being forced to work VERY often on weekends without any overtime pay or option to not work. Employees are being forced to work overnight for a full 24 hours without sleep (yes, you read that right, starting Friday morning till Saturday morning). Horrible management that doesn't care about junior level employees well-being. Selfish Business Analysts that keep cramming more and more work into a sprint to impress senior management the burden of which is eventually borne by developers (by working on weekends). Bad work from home policies.

Distinct partiality between onsite team and offshore teams. 5. Food and cafeteria not good. 6. Work from home optional is relative with managers.
