    Cons

I left Mansukh after my 1st day culture is very bad there. Also, people were very rude there and they tried to blackmail me when I told them I don't want to work at this nonsense place. They asked me money and I didn't pay single penny to them 😂

I worked at Mansukh Securities & Finance full-time for more than a year

    Pros

This review is according to my own experience with I gain at my 21 months of employment at Mansukh (Office at ITO, New Delhi). Prior joining Mansukh I have only completed my Bachelors. Working at Mansukh was both fun and stressful from time to time. Pros • As a Bachelor degree holder this is one of the best profile you can get into. • You will be given the terminal within 2 weeks (having training being continued simultaneously) and hence you get first had experience in the market at very early stage. You will always be on your toes and I’m sure it will thrill you to the bones working on the live market • Being sole responsible for the profits you generate, you lean to take responsibilities for your actions. • Since you are sole responsible for your profits you will get to learn and work on multiple trading strategies as per your capabilities and willingness to learn. You even get the liberty to work on totally new strategy (of coarse live trading comes only after you have proven the strategy with previous data and monitoring current market for supporting results). By the time you have completed your 18 months employment bond you would be well equipped with knowledge of financial markets. • Considering this is your first job and you have plans to pursue MBA, this profile will fetch you extra marks for work diversity in the selection process and you will have a lot to talk about in the interview which you can take it to your advantage. • If you have already done your Masters, then too I believe Mansukh to be a good stepping stone for your career as companies like SMC, Motilal Oswal, BOA, HSBC etc… hires people having strong knowledge of financial markets and few of my seniors at Mansukh joined these firms. P.S they all had 3+ years of workex at Mansukh.

    Cons

    • Though above mentioned points shows Mansukh being a good start for your career but your time at Mansukh won’t be easy. • Your performance at work will only be judged by the profits you make because it’s the most visible and easy to get data. Value you are contributing monthly to the company as per Mansukh is a given by f(profit, salary, terminal cost, utilities), though most of us would not agree to judge the performance only by the monetary components. • You can expect initially to get 18 to 25k per month at Mansukh. The increments in salary can range between 5% - 20% but that depends on the appraisal which in turn depends on how much profits you generate. • It will sure get stressful at times. You are working in a live market, with real money, hence every action you take will have direct impact on your profits. • Work life balance differ from team to team. Some teams wrap their work (including post market discussions) around 5pm, some team stretch the discussions further to 8pm. Alternate Saturdays are off and on other Saturdays we used to have weekly discussion and planning for around 3 hours only( so basically it’s a half day). Even so, the work life balance at Mansukh is far relatively better to those corporate counterparts. • Bearing this stress is only worth it if you make the most of your time at Mansukh, learn as much as you can.

I worked at Mansukh Securities & Finance full-time for less than a year

    Pros

No Pros, Team Leaders only ask for the money you make through trading, as a fresher if you join do not sign the bond. At the end of the day they only care about the monthly targets.

    Cons

Worst Management. Didn't care about their employee, They can terminate you if any situation similar to Covid - 19 will happen again without getting you informed.

Nothing. Jump to the cons section and save yourself.

    Cons

    1. Employees are underpaid. 2. Bond for 18 months will create mental pressure. 3. You will be shouted at for minor mistakes. 4. Company doesn't understand the phrase "employee welfare" 5. Money is everything for them. They will insult you in front of everyone. 6. Saturdays are working which is completely useless and a burden for employees. 7. No hike in salary and no incentives. 8. No wonder abusive language could be used at you. 9. They don't care about employees' mental health. Money is top most priority. 10. No medical leaves are given. Salary is deducted for every holiday. Bad place to be in. DON'T FALL INTO THE TRAP.
