      Pros

      Smart people, flexible, partially remote

      Cons

Executives are completely disconnected from reality and only want to appease shareholder and lower level employees are being squeezed. Meanwhile middle management is kept comfortable enough with great comp, which allows them to not communicate concerns of their direct reports leaving upper management clueless of the failing culture and companies inevitable demise.

      Pros

      Benefits, coworkers, gym on site

      Cons

They lied on their ESG reporting. Would connect a well in the Bakken before gatherer there resulting in methane flaring. Would underreport the amount of CO2 flared. Company panicked when COVID hit. Laid off 40% of staff. Considers employees expendable. Worst executive management team I have ever encountered.
