Your colleagues, most are friendly, especially the one that have been there long term. Work/Life balance - not stressful, rarely had to work late Benefits, especially 401K, profit sharing and bonus Work atmosphere was pleasant, no one breathing down your neck

Extreme favoritism if you are in the right clique Some upper management is hardly present and barely acknowledge you unless is so-called clique. Not a lot of room for advancement, too few levels to move up to, again, exceptions made if you are in the "clique".

Healthcare, somehow decent work life balance.

Cons

Very dated management skillset. Most of managers have been in this company for ages without other experience and are holding onto their seats like monarchy would. No room for disagrements nor discussions. Very poor human skillsets
