Sadly we had to close one of our London office locations earlier this year and were unable to expand the team in our Head Office as we are fully staffed on reception and they have been with us between 4 and 8 years. We take feedback from employees seriously, to this end we have implemented a global employee engagement survey over the last couple of years, all comments are reviewed, and we create a plan of action to address any issues.

Dynamic, proactive approach with very knowledgeable and helpful employees. Ambitious company to grow and introduce growth. I have worked at other brokers in the market and the atmosphere at Marex Spectron is very positive far more positive and togetherness than other broking firms. Allows front office time to grow the business.

Marex Spectron have bought/invested in a number of new businesses and are in the process of integrating these business into the current environment which can take time to setup.
