These opportunities at MASHPOINT must be earned, but hard work is rewarded. If you are looking for a challenging yet, rewarding career, MASHPOINT is the place to be. Great office culture and friendly co workers. Competitive compensation and unlimited earning potential .

The training & Learning platform is excellent in MashPoint . I joined as a recruiter a year ago..i joined as a fresher ..i learned so much during my tenure in MashPoint .Seniors are very cooperative ,they guide us in a correct manner and also mentor us in correct way which help us for better understanding in USA staffing industry .Company is growing and it always give chance fresher like us to explore our capabilities in the modern recruitment industry .

Cons

Not so far ..only what i found they are very much process oriented company..which we never be cons.
