      Pros

Competitive pay and great benefits at a growing and successful company.

      Cons

Some departments (especially IT) expect their teams to carry a heavy load. Work/life balancing can be challenging.

Growth depends on your skills and manager

      Pros

      - Amazing benefits. 8 months of Paternity leaves, seen a lot of employees become fathers. - 22 Earned leaves - Covid leaves on top of sick leaves given. Leaves can be availed post-vaccination - BENEFITS BENEFITS BENEFITS - WFH. Do it when you please, although it only became more unquestionable during pandemics when the male bosses had to connect from home too. - Vending machine has reimbursable amounts. - The greatest place to work if you are hired for the skill sets that you are interested to work in and are learning out of it.

      Cons

      - This is an Indian tech hub masquerading as a global MNC. So don't expect great pay as HRs are well aware of the market value of the candidates and will give the hikes accordingly. I was recruited as the most "cheapest" resource for my team who were earning a lot more than me and the work output is given by me was greater than any of them. - Due to a lot of influence on work from out of India, the employees here have become seasoned and polished by having lots of international exposure but Indian managers will and always remain the same unless he/she has international exposure too. - If you end up with a manager who is not technical and has no interest in technology or learning them, your work will not be valued and your efforts will not fetch great hikes. Learn and move on. - Internal movement is advertised but as usual, it's an Indian tech hub and any request for an internal movement triggers a series of events similar to Indian soap dramas where managers frown and end up giving you low ratings. - If you end up in a customer-facing team, be ready to sacrifice your life. - No onsite. Don't expect one. - No WFH setup given during the pandemic. But Leaves were given. - No Diwali bonus. - No quarterly project parties or free ice cream. Apparently, the bosses get paid very well here so parties are hosted as per their mood out of their pockets. - No bonus on the New Year, be happy with a pen, diary, and a calendar.

      Pros

Benefits like paternity leaves (4 months), matching NPS contribution, Other flexibilities

      Cons

Depends on project but word load is more. Technology stack is not good in many projects. some mid level management thinks they are the boss and have little care of team members and creates unnecessary pressure..

      Good benefits but less transparency

1 May 2021 - Software Development Team Lead in Pune

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Awesome benefits: best leaves policy in the industry, NPS contribution, office space, snack vouchers, insurance, etc.. Learning opportunities: depends on the project but there is a lot to learn if you are in the right project Almost always pay 100% bonus amount Flexible work timings Treated employees with care during pandemic Gave hike during pandemic as well though the percentage was less Care towards community

      Cons

HRs are pathetic, you should assume that don't exist here.. they simply won't reply to your pings or emails as well. No dedicated time or focus for learning of the employees Very less transparency Can't let employee sit ideal even for few hours difficult to grow here Solutions chosen are to fix temporary issues and not long term vision Following processes take 3 times the time than actual development Ratings are not based on performance Poor management Senior people play politics Very less good technical people, selection criteria is very poor Don't get a single penny other than yearly increment and bonuses, no Diwali gift & no new year bonus
