I have been working at Mastercard full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I will keep it very to-the-point: If you are working in D&S domain of Mastercard, here are the Prons: 1. Competitive compensation structure 2. No hierarchical culture - meaning you do not need to ask/worry for leaves, work from homes, the tasks you want to work on, responsibilities you want to take... You are the owner and decision maker of almost everything here irrespective of your level and seniority. Leading a team, being a part of recruitment drives as an interviewer, mentoring new hires and interns, driving team processes are no longer just for senior or highly experiences people. We, at Mastercard, distribute and share all these responsibilities within the team evenly. 3. Space to talk, freedom of your views, your voice is being heard and valued always. 4. Business class travels 5. Amazing work environment and really challenging work - Using most of the recent frameworks and libraries.

    Cons

Honestly I cannot think of any major cons here still would like to share very minor things - 1. No food facility 2. No transport facility 3. There should be more celebrations and team events.

I have been working at Mastercard full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Not one, there are multiple benefits working in MasterCard. Unlimited WFH, Good technical exposure, Multiple leaves in different categories including 2 months for Paternity, Employee Friendly and what not... Best part is Patent portal which gives wings to innovative idea of employees... Being in payment industry you can actually relate your work in day to day life... Unlike other companies where you work for some client and don't get idea if it is getting used or not...

    Cons

No Transportation for people working in general shift... Too much work load but depends on project...

I have been working at Mastercard full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I worked with 2 of the top Service based companies, and later I joined the Mastercard. 1. The work culture - Employee first. Let it be your priorities on personal front, they care of it. Try to be genuine, with what you do and when you ask for something. It's a mutual relation. 2. Flexibility - You have an option to Work From Home, as needed. No long waiting queue of approvals. Quite good number of leaves - Annual, Personal, Sick, etc. Plan well! 3. Connect - At the top, your feedback matters most. Management always keen to know your feedback, your reporting manager connect with you on a regular basis. 4. Appreciation - One of the lead to motivate. And they are quick at it. You just do it right! 5. Technology stack - All platforms are open for you. It is how you explore it. There are online/offline training facilities. 6. The concerns - Your manager/HR helps you on various feedback or concerns ASAP. Quite quick, compared to my past experience. 7. Intra-technology/project movement - If you express your interest and with the time, you can always shift the gears. 8. Work pressure - They plan quite well(doesn't mean no last minute issues) to ensure good amount of time for every project/work. I hardly seen last minute calls to disturb the weekend :). You need be agile in sharing updates about issues/expected delays with your work. They always help to expedite it. 9. Your well being - You can play the Table Tennis, and other indoor sports while you are on the floor. Gym facility is also there. Its good to take a break from work!

    Cons

    1. Observed delays in getting interview call after you apply. Generally have Telephonic/F2F Technical, Manager and HR rounds. 2. Your negotiation skill plays a big role. 3. No cab/bus facility for regular work hours. You can either carpool or bring your own vehicle. 4. Not many Cons have been observed here when compared to my past experience.
