    Domain is best.
Working on Unique Domain in the world is very nice.

    Cons

People managers are only Just position not even doing People managerial things.
Don't have Idea about other countries but in India People manager are not mean for their job. They are only Managers associated with Project only.
Even People manager server is also not worthy.
Not focusing to Employee's Growth and Aspirations all things are only Show off and on Paper.
Even not doing one-on-one regularly. And doing One-on-one at the end of year.
No motivation factor coming from People managers always makes you feel down.
When you complain about it then definitely your are gone as full hierarchy of People managers are doing this job.

    Advice to Management

No Advice as we know nothing will change. We cannot change mindset.

    No onsite opportunities.
It's more typical service base domestic company!! Not at all feel like working with brand.

    Advice to Management

To external world it's brand, but for own employees at ground it's clearly not.

I have been working at Mastercard full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Initial salary given is good
    - Technically good scope for learning

    Cons

    - Great HR policies of MasterCard but poor implementers here in Vadodara
    - Same kind of work in almost all the projects
    - Lots of politics and importance is given to how much you bond with the who's who of the company
    - Onsite opportunities to very remote places

    Advice to Management

    - Somebody from the top management in US needs to monitor the implementation of the HR policies very closely by residing in India.
    - Bring in more stable and good projects

I have been working at Mastercard full-time

    Pros

    - Flexible working hours
    - Good processes defined
    - lots of parties with open bar
    - zero paper work on day 1 of joining
    - laptops for everyone & great network

    Cons

    - all policies and culture are derived from USA, which not always suits Indian work culture
    - if you are related (friend or family) to some manager then you are recruited! As time grew I found that there are a lot of people in my team related to each other; lots of favors and spying going around. Manager has recruited his brother's son, wife's sister, neighbor's wife, friend's sister and wife - dangerous team ever!!
    - no onsite

    Advice to Management

    - take referrals but don't let these referrals to be a part of the same team especially when they are related! This is not a healthy & fair work environment.

I have been working at Mastercard full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great company, visionary CEO, good employee benefits. Would recommend MasterCard to friend but not CSAM.

    Cons

Acquired CSAM which has very bad work culture, lot of favouritism and no transparency. Local mgmt is terrible.

In the long run CSAM will ruin MasterCard's image

    Advice to Management

Try to look at ground level how CSAM is working and take corrective actions
