Bonus system is ok when the goals to achieve it aren't set ridiculously high
Cons
This place has gotten so bad over the last few years. Management and supervision is the worst!! Hr is a mess and no seems to have a clue what's going on. They screw up things from your paycheck to fmla paperwork If the CEO(jeff) really knew what goes on out on the floor between supervision and the employees, I'd think he be pretty disappointed. He's a nice guy but i dont really think he knows whats really going on out there. Upper management treats lower employees like they're dumb and just machines, no empathy whatsoever in this company. When I started a long time ago, it wasn't such a bad place. It's now almost unbearable. They lie about no forced overtime. Supervision plays favorites terribly. Short staffed but management continues to try to run like they're fully staffed. Many people have voiced their opinion and nothing ever changes. Have to punch out for breaks which is ridiculous. Very toxic work environment and culture currently. Many current employees are looking for new jobs because of how bad its gotten.

Pros
Good benefits, good people as in employees, clean, usually fun, competitive pay, incentives are nice.
Cons
Definitely a do as I say not as I do upper management is out of touch with what actually happens on the floor. They like to list all of the things they do and act as though we should be so grateful but skirt around real issues or taking real action. Not great at listening to employees and how to improve, pick and choose what they want to hear. You are still just a number we all are expendable and they make it known. If it's not positive or praise they really are not interested in hearing it, when real issues are presented its always the same generic answers you would expect from a company that cares more about the bottom line than moral or employees feeling valued.

Profitable company to invest your future in.

Masters Gallery foods offers a very competitive wage along with some great benefits. Not too many family-owned businesses left that really do appreciate the employees they have. I left a company after almost 36 years and couldn’t believe what I had been missing out on once I started at Masters.
Cons
Wish I knew about the company sooner.

Pros
The pay is fairly good.
Cons
Advertises no more forced weekends but forces every other. Short people all the time and have to split up trainees and their trainers that have only been there a couple days. Don't get time to take all breaks from having so many changeover in a day sometimes.
