1. The bright office interiors 2. Coffee 3. Good package 4. Thats about it!

Cons

1. No respect for employees 2. No fixed working hours - long late hours are routine 3. No proper allocation of work 4. Confused Management 5. Poor communication, lack of discipline and extremely sad work ethics 6. No guidelines, support or feedback - roles are not designated well and the blame keeps shifting 7. Consider yourself lucky if you manage to stay for a month

Extreme overtime. I stayed in office 4-5 days without going home or sleeping, doing someone else's job and when I did go home i had to come back for regular office hours with 4-5 hours without decent rest. Compensation was one day holiday instead, no extra pay. Boss always micromanages and changes his mind every other minute and blames the employee for not being able to read his mind. Screams and shouts like a deranged animal at nothing especially with food still in his mouth. In front of clients as well. Has been known to harass one female employee very inappropriately resulting in her resignation. No prior notice if working nights. Very poor treatment of the service staff and peons.

Learnt a lot everyday. The agency does all kind of work in advertising and events. I was here for more than 3 years. They provided many opportunities. The salary is good and they provided bonus on completing 1 year. Growth is there and I got 5 increments. Sometimes I came under pressure but I managed to do well in my job. People were cooperative in my team. Boss was nice and very creative person with many ideas. When my father was not well I got leave and advance also. This company will do very well. They also have art gallery which is very good place. We sometimes did yoga and Zumba in the morning before morning meeting.

Cons

Nothing much. It was difficult to fit when I joined as they gave me different work but after some time I got the hang of it and I did very well.
