Compensation and Benefits Nothing good to reflex and comment

Hire and Fire Lots of politics in every department Manpower bandwidth is low and you need to perform the task of 3 persons Other departments like sales, inside sales ect work on low manpower bandwidth in different locations and in Bangalore other locations work 365 days and cannot take an off. Even the Compensatory offs getting generated are paid with much follow ups. People are working like machines. Any time you live in fear o losing your job as the company maximizes it 2x growth by laying off manpower. Pathetic work culture. You cannot voice your opinion
