    - Challenging environment - Talented colleagues - Easy to find a job in a better organization after your experience here (biggest pro to be honest)

    Cons

    - Very political, probably the worst banking culture in Italy - Need to do a full year of internship to be considered for full time employment, and even in that case you may be disappointed by the outcome - Experience highly dependent on the manager you have, some will make your experience awful, despite how good you are and the results that you obtain
