#UNFAIR I always gave my best & was getting a good (2 ) rating. I resigned in January, they kept my rating on hold & gave me 3 this time. To my teammate with the same experience they gave 1. She does nothing, she is just a senior resource, they just played politics. They reduced my rating & gave 1 to her as a bribe to stay, as I am leaving. I believe, rating is given for the past year performance irrespective of the coming year continuity of employment. I feel bad it went to undeserving one

Hey I was working in Tech Mahindra Mahindra and got Terminated after FNF they are asking me for 93k for service letter due to negative FNF but I have filled all my timesheets and all. Does this happen with anyone else? Being unemployed now how can I pay 93k. Also BHR or any authority not replying

Sorry, this post is off-topic. My colleague informed me that her family is looking for a groom for her, and she will accept her parents' choice of action. She is also ecstatic. I respect her decision, but I also feel about her. As we are both working on the same project, I don't say anything to her before because I don't want to make her feel uncomfortable. I'm fairly sure she doesn't feel anything for me. I'm now perplexed. Should I tell her or ignore it? For me, her happiness is important.
