      decent benefits, work from home options, M-F 8-5 schedule, job security

      Cons

      poor/weak management, low pay, poor culture, poor communication, no opportunities to advance or even make lateral moves within the company. The company pushes extensive training in values and culture that are not enforced, there're a lot of wasted hours on videos and misc training that ultimately means nothing.

      love the environment the patient is the only good things.Benefits is good and the help they offer with outside issues

      Low pay management is about numbers and meeting quotes. You have no voice and you will be overworked for pennies.

      Benefit package is excellent and reasonably priced. 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision, pto, extended sick time, short and long term disability.

      Cons

      Inflexible scheduling, inexperienced management, culture of entitlement, uneasy tension between administrative and clinical coworkers. Low pay.

      Pros

      Very good training but……you pay for the training with contract if you quit. Good coworkers in my unit, doctors are respectful and easy going. Nice manager.

      Cons

      Very low pay, cheap, Walmart level benefits, high turnover, lots of travelers, you pay for your own scrubs with their logos on them lol. Yea….
