Great work life balance which has gotten even better during pandemic as many admin/business roles have option to work from home all or some of the time. Big emphasis on respectful behaviors and communications where those who don't stand out.
Cons
Benefits are mediocre at best. 2.5% annual raise budget is low. Medical coinsurance and out of pocket limits are not fantastic.

Cons
Management is more concerned about their next promotion/raise than actually leading. Work-life balance is nonexistent if you're salaried. Limited opportunity for advancement - some recruiters won't give you the time of day and won't respond to inquiries about what you can do to improve your chances of consideration for a position.

Love the patients, management is shady, pay is low

The patients are amazing, this was a very fulfilling role and I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with my peers and patients.
Cons
Extremely underpaid, both doctors I worked for and assisted were jerks. Management was fake and not at all concerned with employee well being. No work life balance. Most days you did not get a lunch break and it was frowned upon if you dared ask for one.
