Pros
Great company culture, nice coworkers.
Cons
A little bit too much bureaucracy hurts work efficiency.

Pros
Some people are lovely to work with and be friendly with.
Cons
Some people skate by barely doing any work but they have friends in high places, while others are doing significantly more unpaid hours / extra responsibilities than they are compensated for and still get told it's not enough. No investment in people, pay reviews significantly below inflation while CEO and execs get bonuses worth more than other peoples annual salaries.

Good experience, management is so so

Great opportunity for new exposure, great with adding on to your resume
Cons
Micromanaged and makes you feel incapable of doing work yourself
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Company responds to and rewards initiative and work ethic. Ownership and accountability are important attributes to have if you want to be successful here. Operations Departments are always looking for ways to maintain and improve a positive culture. Good work/life balance culture.
Cons
Most Management pathways are limited due to veteran employees in leadership roles. Unless coming into a leadership position you will need to put in your time to make it that far if that is your desired career path. The company size limits how many Management positions are available.

Used to be a great place to work
15 Feb 2022 - Accounting Manager in Cincinnati, OHRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
All of the people in the finance department are good people but I think they are getting pressure from the top to do too much and everyone ultimately feels that pressure. I think the company is doing well financially and you get to wear jeans everyday 🤷
Cons
I worked here for 11 years. I started as an intern and worked my way up to Manager and it was a great place to work for 10/11 years. I planned on retiring from here but when the company got a new CEO, the company culture completely shifted. He took away the monetary anniversary awards, the occasional fun office party/get togethers for holidays and expected employees to work over 40 hours a week. It seems like his plan was to get the people who had been at the company for a long time out so he could hire new people for less money and expect them to do the work of 2 people. As people quit, they wouldn't be replaced and therefore the pressure to do more work increased. It became too much and I no longer felt valued even though I was working evenings and some weekends to try to keep up with all the work. The work life balance and family atmosphere I loved was gone and so I decided to look elsewhere.

Confusion
10 Oct 2022 - Inside Sales Representative in Cincinnati, OHRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
There are none to find.
Cons
1. products are so old 2. think that they can acquire companies and that will solve problems- it doesn't 3. organizationally no clear direction 4. never got a covid test in 2 plus years 5. toxic 6. they implement new policies that do nothing but slow progress of sales department 7. if you point out their flaws and suggest new efficient ways to work... you are instantly less favorable of an employee regardless of track record

Pros
Great people to work with
Cons
Need to think about compensation
- Former Employee, more than 10 years★★★★★
Pros
You get a job that pays less than median. Might make friends in some locations
Cons
Upper management is full of narcissistic clueless micromanagers. HR has the highest turnover rate in the company. "The beatings will continue until morale improves" system is still in place even after replacing upper management a few years ago. The all mighty dollar rules all there in the ivory tower. And no regard for length of service, either. All employee extras, especially if they involved employees getting paid more, are gone. No rewards for length of service anymore, and if you stay longer than a few years, you're considering archaic and will be replaced. Fear and loathing as well as group infighting runs rampant and you can't tell who to trust. The stress is not worth it.

Pros
You can dress casual….. but then again you can dress casual at most companies
Cons
Anyone who rated this company higher than a 2 was/is part of the good ol’ boys or good ol’ girls club, brought in as little minions of the new CEO. You’ll see people say all the tenured employees were stuck in the “that’s the way it’s always been” mentality. When in actuality people were just use to working for a company that appreciated their employees and paid/promoted them fairly. With a company this size, I think it speaks volumes when one finance/accting employee quits and 5 more follow. Especially when the whole dept only consisted of 16 ppl to begin with. I worked there for 6 years and I think the last straw for me was being offered a promotion/raise and then the raise being taken away 2 days later because apparently through word of mouth, the CEO had to set an example. The turn over rate at this company is high and for good reason ($). Do your due diligence before even contemplating working for this company.
