Pros
Good insurance, benefits, work / life balance for everyone. If you are really good friends or sleeping with a member of upper management then you can expect a very cushy job.
Cons
Not a meritocracy. Expect a steady job with really nice benefits, below average pay, and little chance of promotion.

Pros
I work with some wonderful, hard-working people. The benefits and PTO are decent.
Cons
The morale is extremely low. I work with a lot of solid, hard-working people and we all feel over-worked and under appreciated. Upper management is constantly rolling out more and more busy work that is ridiculous and excessive. There are so many reports and metrics. We are consistently expected to do more with less. This job gives me terrible anxiety and I feel like it will only get worse.
