    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Method Studios full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - There are a lot of talented artists with a desire to perform at their best and create top level work. - Interesting projects are becoming more and more available - Sometimes there are company events for employees

    Cons

Upper Management isn't in touch with what's happening in their departments. Level of morale is low with long work hours and no work/life balance. Pay is low at upper level positions. There is a large push to become salaried after a certain dollar amount/hour, which works in the companies favor. Doing so

    Advice to Management

Pay people what they're worth and take a long, hard look at your upper management. Work/Life balance is very poor and is burning out your talented artists. The life blood of any creative company is the strength and morale of each and every artist. Pay attention to their recommendations and start turning the boat around or continue to bleed top talent.
