Very bad management .. no Ethics.. only shout. Micro management. Too much pressure..no work life balance.. Without a valid reason, you will be forced to undergo PIP progrM. Eod they ask you to leave. Few managers are pathetic especially ladies..

The domain is unique to work with which is GRC domain, good technologies to work with. there will be lot of curriculum activities held by HR team and trainings by internal Metrcistream employees.

No work life balance, since there is release every 4 months, lot of work pressure. Lot of politics, managers have all the control and they know only to take work from employees. No facilities for employees, no transparency in the company. Few managers will be always doing micromanagement. Management is not good enough to keep good emloyees.

Worst place to work at. There is absolutely no work- life balance for employees. You will be made to work on saturdays, sundays and on public holidays as well. Also you will be working overtime without getting paid for any of it.

- If ladies have to leave after 6.30 PM then it is mandatory to take manager's approval and leave by company cab with a security escort. (Otherwise, no company cabs or other transport is facilitated). - Pantries are stocked with biscuits along with tea/coffee. In this age of cost cutting, this is good to see.

- Performance reviews are not objective, goals are set but not cared for and even client feedback is not useful if you are not close to the managers and senior management. - Inflexible and not employee friendly. No company cabs, rigid WFH policy (left to manager's discretion so if you are close to the manager, you can avail easily) etc. But see 1st Pro. - You have to work on old technologies. The domain is also not 'happening'. - No work life balance. You are expected to work most of the weekends and this is not even considered in the performance appraisal.
