1. Your voice is heard, the Management team is really good, and even top-level management is approachable. 2.Worklife balance is always there except sometimes when there are project deliverables (which I guess is normal and is there in every IT companies if not worse) 3. Provide certification courses from udemy etc, and later you can get it reimbursed .
Cons
They have really improved themselves when it comes to connecting the management with the ground level employee. Previously there was micromanagement which leads to a negative environment among the employees but as of now I think they recognized it and shown real progress, so not a con at work-life balance and work culture The only con I can see is they take a step back when it comes to appraisals, maybe its cause of covid situation but anyway % of hike is max 10%

Very bad management .. no Ethics.. only shout. Micro management. Too much pressure..no work life balance.. Without a valid reason, you will be forced to undergo PIP progrM. Eod they ask you to leave. Few managers are pathetic especially ladies..

The domain is unique to work with which is GRC domain, good technologies to work with. there will be lot of curriculum activities held by HR team and trainings by internal Metrcistream employees.
Cons
No work life balance, since there is release every 4 months, lot of work pressure. Lot of politics, managers have all the control and they know only to take work from employees. No facilities for employees, no transparency in the company. Few managers will be always doing micromanagement. Management is not good enough to keep good emloyees.
