    Pros

    - Good tech stack
    - Challenging and interesting problems to solve.
    - Regular focus on tech improvements , stability
    - Hard work is well appreciated , good salaries , work time flexibility
    - Freedom to explore , if you come up with suggestions ,you will get chance to implement it.
    - Healthy tech debates, you are hired to speak your mind.
    - top managements are easily approachable
    - ample opportunities for fast growth , you can switch projects easily.

    Cons

    - Culture is little screwed up (perhaps one of the side effect of a growing company)
    - If you are not much motivated you wont learn anything here. Mentorship , trainings can be added
    - Gaps in different team ratios ,so some teams have less work and some teams are heavily occupied.

    Advice to Management

    For new management : Your leadership looks great, but there are lots of challenges ahead. So buckle up. Things which you have started recently were much needed and if you continue your focus ,perhaps all issues will get resolved and Mettl will become "youtube for assessments" .
    Take hard decisions if you have to.

    Pros

    We have work with mettl with honesty some long work we have automate result excel to vba and manage the quality without escalation .

    Cons

    In mettl organization before some time work load is very high client required is some result generation & uploading on priority . then we have stayed in office one night close the all pend ency.

    We have advice to our manage some result generation process is very long then we have suggested may be we do some sort with VBA code.

    Pros

    Career opportunities are endless, if you show your value. Moving across teams is a common norm at Mettl from Ops/Support team members moving into sales or Product is a common notion here.

    Cons

    The top management do try to connect with everyone in the organisation, but the number of town halls have reduced cause of which the values or vision of the whole org has gone into a toss.

    The only vision which every employees hear are revenue goals, which are great but it colludes with every team functional goals.

    Advice to Management

    Better communication about the vision and values of the company, also a little more structure is required in the org.

    Potential to apply technology in their products. CTO. I can't praise enough for him.

    Cons

    HR. They would find ways to trouble you that you can't think in your wildest dreams. And this has been an equivocal review about the HR team.

    Advice to Management

    Fix the cons. You will get good talent and can really accelerate.

    Pros

    Career opportunities are great here. You would love working here.

    Cons

    Everything is smooth here except two things:
    1) HR management
    2) platform team lead

    Leaders are those people who push their employees and company towards success. It won't be a good sign for company if leader is not doing well.

    Main tech lead (CTO) is amazing person.
    But on the other hand, second team lead (so called platform team lead) does not qualify to be a leader. He can code better than management.

    Advice to Management

    Please do something regarding current pathetic attendance system.
