Dear former employee, we're sorry that your job here did not work out for you and thank you for your review. You are correct, we are a very metrics-driven company that values accountability and perseverance. We make our high expectations very clear before we hire anybody to avoid surprises on either side – after all, we want this to work out just as much as you did.
