Most products make make use of old technologies. No one's interested in trying out latest technologies. However, there are a few products that are built using some of the latest technologies. Usually, interesting features/tasks are taken up by teams present in other regions. Salary increments aren't that high

1.If you want to get salary without working join this company, mostly finance and HR team. 2.And if you want to excel in office politics join this company. 3.And those who carries misogynistic view , this place is heaven. 4.You can get loan with 0% interest.

1.People are not ready innovate. 2. Development leads are busy doing office politics, instead of actual development or learning. 3.Old technology, (would have been excellent if worked upon ) without any defined goal. 4.Full of old people, who doesnt want to learn new things and doesn't guide juniors to learn new things. 5.Fiance and HR team is full of the most incompetent people ever.If anyone really cares about their pay cheque BE CAREFUL. You can be cheated like anything. 6.Management hardly cares about the employees. 7. Full of deceitful and manipulative employees and managers. Those who really want to work in good technical company please think wisely. 8.If you putdown your paper, you will be harassed in all sorts of way. Be it work, relieving documents, final settlement ,salaryslip ,tax computation sheet everything. So, be careful. 9.Zero empathy towards customers. Doesn't bother about even if big customers are crying for fix. 10. Once upon a time management was good, but recent management doesn't know anything about the technology and the product. 11. Not conducive for the women employees.You'll be penalized for taking maternity leave. 12. Products are not having any concrete future plan set for them.
