Job security is the only pro.
Cons
You will be screwed with the pressure, delivery managers have unrealistic expectations from the engineers. Working for 11-12 hrs, still there are 40% of your tasks incomplete, because you are constantly bugged for different and new tasks without any prior intimation.

Pros
Compensation is okay Facilities not upto to the mark Work life balance , depends on the project but mostly you need to extend to finish your task. They manage the things with less resources even when there's a requirement One can learn alot and grow
Cons
Onsite options are very less and compensation isn't upto to the mark. No shift allowance for morning and evening shift that's not acceptable. Employee will lose his 30% of variable pay in these parameters
