Low pay, almost negligible bonus, no gifts perks anything.

Salary on the time. Yearly salary increments on the time but need to contact HR.

There are take employee as a contract basis and after finish project they are not taking responsibility to align in another project. HR and Managers are worst and don't think about contract basis employee. They are not thinking about how spend life after job less. There is not any job security after end of project your job will gone.

You will be screwed with the pressure, delivery managers have unrealistic expectations from the engineers. Working for 11-12 hrs, still there are 40% of your tasks incomplete, because you are constantly bugged for different and new tasks without any prior intimation.

the managers are not supportive and u will not get the hike it doesnt really matters to them if u have done the hard work.they will simply tell that u r getting the experience.with no welcome kit and the best envirnment for work.
