We host frequent Townhalls and one-on-one connects to ensure that we are connected to our employees. We also have a module on MicrolandOne, our employee app, called CEO Chat. This is a platform where you can ask any questions to our leaders in a transparent manner. As an attestment to our listening culture, we take into consideration all the feedback we receive so that we can action on the same to create a better experience for our employees. However, we do believe that our compensation and salary hikes are on par with the current market standards and we will continue to benchmark ourselves against our peers to ensure that we remain competitive.
