1) Salary on time 2) Trainings arrangements and certification reimbursement 3) Better learning opportunity if client is technologically ahead 4) If you are performer the annual hike given is okay/good.

1) Appraisal process take 5 months to complete (March - July). New salary pay effective July with no arrears. 2) Job security is average as you would be deployed at client location. However Microland will assure that you are deployed at other client before layoff. 3) HR policy changes that suits best to company even it effect employee 4) No work life balance however it depends upon the client location 5) HR needs to be more supportive to employee rather then to management. 6) IJP process is of no use. Even if you are eligible but most of time you are not released by current manager 7) New employee are hired at good package however existing employee suffer a lot.

Cheap mentality management This company is like a river where new employees come in stay for a year - talk ill about the cheapness of the company and then move out ! A BAD PLACE to be in. STAY AWAY !! I can go ON and ON......

1. job security- you will not loose your job easily unless you perform extremely bad 2. work enviroment - not sure about other sites, but at mumbai site work enviroment is good. friendly colleagues and seniors 3. salary on time - you will get your salary on time every month. No any delay !

Third class culture and third class company. Never join this company as you can’t see any growth here. If you can’t do politics , you are out of the system. No employee benefits , very less salary as compare to work. Never join .

Basic amenities are given to the employees (but this too lacks as the laptop hangs and gives blue screen error.)
