Salary is not good Pressure is immense They care too much about sales and not enough about team and management Work life balance terrible Far too many tasks and tick boxing Inexperienced ops management Complete lack of bonus so don't believe the promises They think nothing of making top line management redundant if nothing so are very cut throat in that department Massive change in work culture and not in a good way.. they used to be good. It just seems like since the Chinese took over it has gone down hill big time. They change the bonus scheme regularly and each time cut it more and more

Not many additional benefits other than pay to the job, staff food can be highly limited and can be quite political at times
