I worked at MillerCoors full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Some competent co-workers, though not all.

    Cons

They have a culture of allowing the worst employees to stay on instead of making changes. Including keeping a lab technician with multiple drunk driving convictions and even watching inappropriate materials during a work meeting. The same employee was even found to be falsifying results and was still allowed to continue their employment. Management refuses to make changes to the culture or to hold anyone... accountable.

    Advice to Management

Need to make changes at the top of the lab in the Milwaukee campus at least so that actual changes will be made instead of allowing a status quo that is unacceptable.

I have been working at MillerCoors full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - A lot of exciting change is happening. - Great learning opportunities in various finance business functions. - A couple really great managers out there who are willing to spend the time to develop you (hit or miss on this one from what I have heard).

    Cons

    - Moral is down from all the changes.

    Advice to Management

Ask employees for anonymous feedback on their managers and start taking action on negative and positive feedback. This is a great way to distinguish between managers who are called "leaders" and managers who lead. Start promoting off of performance and drop the whole 18-24 months idea. You are holding back high performing employees who could benefit from gaining some leadership experience early in their career.... Other than that, keep up the great work and grateful I am a part of this organization.
