Hourly workers appreciate and respect a good supervisor who will work with them.
Cons
Management turnover is continuous. Voids in key management roles. Those managers who fill the gap have ego trip. Very degrading to the team members below them. Lead by emails, not by becoming involved. If it’s not their idea; no go. Any obstacles you bring up to their ideas; they call it an excuse. Will issue bad reviews unless you are part of their inner circle.
