      Pros

      Hourly workers appreciate and respect a good supervisor who will work with them.

      Cons

      Management turnover is continuous. Voids in key management roles. Those managers who fill the gap have ego trip. Very degrading to the team members below them. Lead by emails, not by becoming involved. If it’s not their idea; no go. Any obstacles you bring up to their ideas; they call it an excuse. Will issue bad reviews unless you are part of their inner circle.

      none...worst run organization with no respect for people guess I will spend sometime looking to get out of here

      Cons

      beware...ask about management turnover in last 12 months, who is next? ask about safety concerns being ignored when reported ask about no goals, lack of leadership, can't wait to move to Mexico

      The work, the jobs being done are interesting. I love the work I do

      Cons

      Very bad management. Some people that work there have been there for over 30 years and are barely making $14.00 an hour.
