Pros

The people. There are many, many great people at the company. Some have served the company for over 25 years.

Cons

Recent reviews posted you will notice are from senior management. Those reviews would have been true of the prior ownership 10 years ago. The current CEO, the son of the prior owner, has completely changed the culture. If you are in his inner circle, you are good. If you are not, he will move you to the side or eventually get rid of you. Those who are good in management and respected by the workforce will either leave or be removed by the current management. Politics have become rampant, and the financial state of the company is not in a good place.

Pros

Job security Most of your coworkers are nice Overtime (if that's your thing)

Cons

PPE is inaccessible once dayshift managers go home. Wages don't scale. (Higher ranked positions sometimes make the same amount as new employees of lower positions.) No upward mobility if your good at your current role. I've seen a few coworkers get promised promotions for years, and then only actually get that promotion after they turn in their 2 weeks notice. Narcissistic leadership on 3/4ths of the shifts. Equipment isn't cared for and is practically duct-taped back together only once it stops working.
