Hi .... I am very sorry to hear your remarks on "not employee friendly". Off course like your pros, but the one thing mentioned touched my hear. We are primarily here to help our clients grow their business, but that can only happen when we create a great employee experience. Our ambition is to make Mindshare the place where you can do best work of your career and that includes clarity on role, expectations, continuous feedback, learning opportunities, mobility between roles and markets. etc. It works out for most of our employees, but seems not for you. Happy to discuss this more in detail off line when you are planning to rejoin us. You are welcome.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Mindshare full-time for less than a year
Pros
Good learning( if have the right team) , superb clients, name & fame , exposure, office is a wonderful place
Cons
Politics, egoistic battles, personal grudges, no proper handholding , Mentors should be focussed on & not bosses . Higher management should be more receptive . Higher management should be carefully chosen to lead & have the sense to talk. HR should be more strong . Financial policies related to reimbursements should not change overnight without intimation
Advice to Management
Hi to whoever is reading this ! Mindshare is an excellent organisation, but some members in higher management have no idea how to speak with subordinates . Also , if issues are irreversible between 2 parties, then the subordinate should always be given a second chance in some other cluster to prove himself and not give a PIP for taking up the issue with HR or higher management , as rather a punishment ! People don’t... leave companies , they leave bosses ! A strong sense of responsibility and belief should be given to an employee who has joined vis-à-vis bosses or team members working from sometime ! Never be unfair to anyone ....

At Mindshare, we have different processes to address employee grievances and HR team is committed to manage all concerns in the most objective manner. The purpose of ‘Performance Improvement Plan’ is to help the employee with specific feedback on expected standards of performance along with a time bound action plan to help the employee come up the learning curve. This is a structured process which is also documented in records. I am happy to review your PIP case & any other related concern in case you are willing to share your identity. I will reach out to you along with India Talent Lead once we are made aware of your coordinates.
