Micro management from the top. Mgmt drives you mad with data collection in excel sheets for stuff which could be automated. Unresponsive and unhelpful colleagues who do not share data, adds to the frustration. specially the accounts team. Have worked in a WPP agency before for 6 years and have had a way better experience
