There is opportunity to work with and learn from talented people and get a wide range of experience to build your portfolio. Benefits in terms of unlimited sick PTO, many company holidays, good health care, and vested 401k after 3 years.
Cons
Pay is low. If you are going to work here, make sure you establish a high baseline because you can't rely on incremental raises to at least keep up with inflation. You can easily be overworked. Mirum always over promises on really tight deadlines and that causes moments of unnecessary overtime & stress. Resources are mismanaged. Often resources are overbooked to work on multiple projects and get stretched thin. It's unfair to consistently overwork employees because management can't figure out how manage their resources. Lack of development. Literally, you only gain experience by working hands on with your projects. Other than that, they say there are budgets for educational opportunities like conferences and etc, but it's like pulling teeth to make it happen. Career opportunities are limited and there is a lack of definition towards career growth there is no guidance and repeated requests, get shuffled or lost in the white noise of empty promises and glittery office views.

Pros
Good people and benefits, decent client base that can look good in your portfolio and resume
Cons
Management and mentorship is almost non-existent which hinders career growth, most of the projects are mediocre for some offices, compensation is slightly below standards. Expect to work more than 40 hours a week without getting paid overtime.
