Pros
- Some really great people working there - many of the departments were done by 5 pm most days
Cons
- Very unsupportive in terms of new hires learning the ropes - High turnover, at least in my department - Management was in Montreal (I was there when it was Twist Image and had just recently been bought by JWT) and seemed very out of touch with the Toronto office on most things

ince the merger of POSSIBLE London and Mirum London - the new Mirum UK agency as a whole is a wonderful place to work. LEADERSHIP: The leadership and executive management which now exists is one that listens to and cares about us (the employees). They've handled the COVID-19 situation with clarity and grace and it's apparent that every difficult decision that our CEO, Chris Daplyn, makes is one which is for the greater good of the staff and the business as a whole. He is transparent and gracious to everyone and leads by example. You will see Chris make time to lead every company meeting and make every difficult announcement - and for each positive and negative you can tell on his face how truly important Mirum UK and the people are to him. DELIVERY: From a delivery standpoint - we finally have a permanent Head of Delivery and she is already a HUGE IMPROVEMENT. Gracie is really going to drive the delivery team to be the best. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and wants each delivery member to grow their career in a way which is suitable for the individual and the business. She doesn't always have a lot of time - but what she says is highly valuable and helpful. TALENT: We hire incredible talent and it's just a true pleasure to work with everyone. Brilliant and humble talent. Everyone whom I get to work with will always goes above and beyond for a project or for a person. The strategy, ux, and creative teams are unparalleled. Absolutely brilliant people. We are all spoiled to work with such great people. WORK LIFE BALANCE: In my opinion, for an agency, we have quite a good work life balance. Do your work, communicate, be honest, and don't take advantage of privileges and freedoms and you will be quite happy with your life here. Obviously you will work harder some weeks - but it's always personally very rewarding when you do and does not go unnoticed.
Cons
COVID UNKNOWNS: generally the CoVid19 situation i daunting. The agency progression has been so good since the merger and I really feel this agency is becoming something great in every way! I really hope we come out of this even stronger. I think it has highlighted the strengths of our employees and teams. CAREER PATH: Career Progression can be confusing. At the moment it's not truly clear how to get to the next level and if the next level is even the right fit. I'm pretty sure improvements are being planned / worked on. PERKS: For an agency, general benefits and perks could be a bit better - but not really an issue for me specifically.

Pros
Great people, great work. Good client list.
Cons
Although new and wants to be dynamic .. sadly is still run in a very archaic finance way, buy the parent company. Profit comes before everything.
