Respect Decent perks & privileges Very high standard of living. Excellent work life balance.

Speed of career growth is slowest amongst all Govt & private sector career. Scope of promotion is very little, stagnation comes pretty early in life and thereafter there is no growth possible even in long term once stagnation arrives.
