I wonder why there are no labour laws for private sector in india. Even in such brutal economic conditions, UK and Eu companies are not laying off only because of labour laws. On the other hand, indian workers work more hours on an average still no one is there to protect them.

Urgent ADVICE 🚨 I have recently joined one company and in 25 days I got new opportunity & wanted to join that so I have sent an email to HR stating some medical emergency by which i wont be able to relocate & continue my service and wanted to notify you that i am being absconded from today and did not took even first salary & nor filled PF form. Now HR is sending mail on my personal id eveyday to submit regisnation on HRMS & complete notice period or pay which I cant , any ISSUES i can face ?

Hi fishes I'm so done with my team and project that i feel like leaving the project or company for good. The project manager keeps asking update every hour, makes me fill excel sheets and complaints to my manager if I don't respond in time. Even after working hard i get to hear complaints and it makes me sad. Now they're planning to keep me in support and asking me to learn everything about the project and another project. Understanding 2 projects for 1 guy is impossible but they dont care.
