      Best reasons to work at PEN is 1)Pay is good 2) Sales Experience 3) A great team to work with 4) Many opportunities to make even more money 5) Work at your pace

      Cons

      Downside though would have to be 1)Walking a lot 2) Different weather conditions 3) Angry people sometimes 4) Not many qualified people 5) Full time 6 days

      the pay was fair and thats about it.

      Cons

      Terrible working environment. Very toxic. Toxicity from the very top. coworkers are hostile. There is an expectation to work overtime and without lunch and breaks. This is your typical cowboy solar company.
