      Pros

      If you’re a creative person working on the commercial decor team has its benefits. Work with your hands on creative stuff, see cool places during the Christmas season.

      Cons

      Working in the warehouse building floats- they don’t always have the AC working, it’s dusty, dirty and dark in there. Horrible for an every day place of being. They don’t take safety precautions very seriously. A large part of the staff in the entire modern company is incredibly passive aggressive.

      Good people for the most part, wide variety of events to work on

      Cons

      Unfortunately I have to be honest here. Be prepared to work so many hours over 40 and then not get compensated for any of it. You’ll be extremely underpaid and trying to get a raise is like pulling teeth. They won’t hire new people for the influx of work either.

      Pros

      Some of the people were very cool and interesting.

      Cons

      Pay was terrible for the massive workload. One way top down decision making. The executives were completely disconnected from the production team and constantly set them up for failure, though I think it was via negligence rather than malevolence.
