      Pros

      Sales leadership has brought a new energy to the company. The technology is really strong, and revolutionizing the way companies think about their source code. No real competition (yet) with great foundational customers in major banks/insurance/fin-tech and committed team. We also just opened up a new office/HQ in the heart of Brickell.

      Cons

      Building a new market/space can be a challenge, it's hard to re-shape the way enterprises think about their source code. Though prospects are excited about the problems we solve, sales cycles can be slow due to fear of changing the status quo. Also a-lot of catching up to do on hiring.

      We’re a fully remote team building game-changing technology with strong product-market fit. We're still small but growing fast, with a rapidly expanding user base and real traction in the market. Our team is made up a lot of seasoned alums from Pivotal, VMware, and Broadcom—folks who know how to build for enterprise customers at scale, move quickly, and care deeply about quality. This is a unique opportunity to join early, shape the future of the product, and make a meaningful impact as we grow.

      Cons

      We’re in a stage of growth and active scaling, which means we don’t have the time or capacity to coach people who aren’t already receptive to feedback or adaptable to change. This is a high-ownership, high-autonomy environment, and we move quickly. That pace isn’t for everyone. But if you need a lot of hand-holding, struggle with direct feedback, or aren’t energized by change, this likely won’t be the right fit.

      The technology is disruptive and can be a true game changer in code base maintenance and modernization.

      Cons

      Convincing development heads that the technology in fact does what we as salespeople claim. A few more client acquisitions should help sway the market.
