Great pay and benefits. Work/life balance can be challenging, however, leaders have made adjustments to help with this issue. The company does a great job of providing growth opportunities.

Times of heavy micro-management and demanding work schedules (holiday work, occasional nights, long days, etc.) however that's just part of working in manufacturing.

Cliquey culture, a lot of people been there +10 years, IT systems needed streamlining - they had too may different systems, hierarchical, used to doing things the way they've always been done. One or two massive egos.
