Working at Moncel has been a good experience. The company has a strong leadership team and good company culture. From day one, I have felt supported by the leadership team at Moncel. They are approachable, and have had my professional development in mind. I have a clear understanding of how my role makes an impact and have had opportunities to advance within the company. Moncel also has a great company culture. Their emphasis on camaraderie creates an environment where everyone feels valued for their efforts. We also have fun in person team building activities and optional socials. The company also has good work-life balance. With many companies going back to a hybrid schedule, Moncel has remained a remote first organization. We have occasional in person meetings for team building and goal setting. Overall I have had a positive experience working with Moncel and would recommend working here.

Wonderful company with great working environment. Remote working at it’s best and management and team work closely and all have the ability to feel connected. I feel valued and given a lot of incentives at work.
