They say they value you until they suddenly don't: I was recently laid off without prior notice despite performing well and without due reason. Just because they can do something, doesn't mean they should just do it (ie laying people off without explanation and consideration) a small amount of sincerity and respect goes a long way Stability and growth: Due to lack of profits, there has been no annual salary raises and benefits have been cut

- No benefits, hikes or bonuses since the past year as the company is at loss -Time tracking software is brought back again and takes screenshots, there's too much micromanagement. Please don't hire if you don't trust employees. -will lay off anyone who's being paid over the minimum wage to save money.

. Worked with MonetizeMore since February 2020 and appreciated the flexibility and remote work environment. . The team I worked with was generally supportive and collaborative. . Gained valuable experience in the ad monetization industry.

Cons

. Extremely disappointed with how my termination was handled. My account was blocked without any prior notice, effectively cutting off my access and leaving me in the dark. . No formal communication about the layoff, which is unprofessional and disheartening, especially after years of service. . Lack of transparency and respect for employees, which raises concerns about job security and the company's HR practices.
